Hanover Wellesley is a 350 unit residential building in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Layout of this project included residential post tensioned deck meeting a precast parking garage. Turner Brothers worked with both GC and precast supplier to ensure cast in place foundation matched up with the precast garage sections. Over 175,000 SF of flatwork spread over slab on grade and post tensioned deck.
