About this project
Springhill Suites by Marriott is located on Revere Beach at 400 Ocean Ave. This project is comprised of a six story hotel containing 168 rooms, two levels of enclosed parking, an indoor pool and a fitness center. Turner Brothers' scope of work included 8,504 cubic yards of concrete, 405 tons of reinforcing steel, and 107,000 pounds of post tension tendons.
